ok yes it has been long since i updated.... i WAS sick but i really couldn't miss out on food.... it makes me feel better...haha....

This was eaten quite some time ago actually....its some walnut pecan cheesecake from swissbake....wha kao.... damn nice!!! i'm not a big walnut fan but i could hardly taste the walnut....i dun mind pecans.....so i think the pecans and the cheesecake goes well....and the cake is freaking small...maybe tat's why its nice???not too sweet and not too cheesy....i like... :)


And since we're on the topic of cakes, me and ra at this chocolate royale from Gloria jean's cafe.... damn nice, damn chocolatey,damn huge.... in fact, its a little too much....but it was nice.... it totally kills ur chocolate cravings and i dun think ra will crave chocolate for the rest of the week....haha... i dun think it even qualifies as a cake....there is hardly cake in it...its so moist and it crumbles....melts in your mouth (not in ur hand :p)......

And while i was sick, i juz craved comfort food..... went to Food Addict with eunice cuz i was kinda craving carbs.... torn between lasagne and bake rice, i finally chose chicken bake rice.... its like damn oily at the bottom....but thats why i like it...haha... it makes the rice not so dry.... i kinda like the capsicum smell so ya.... and i will like mix everything up b4 i start eating so that everything will be even with cheese and oil.... if not the cheese is a little dry....HEAVEN!!!!


And we also ordered potato wedges with sausage and nacho cheese.... this time round they gave more nacho cheese and it went really well with the sausage......one thing about small cafes is that the service is quite good and they're nice...ok mainly because the person who served us is the lady boss so she HAS to be nice....haha...


curry craze!!!!! ok the pic looks a little disgusting but the curry was surprisingly nice!!!! dunno where my appetite came from but i ate a bowl of fish sliced mee sua and a bowl of chicken curry with bread..... shawn actually ate his share of curry chicken as well but i stole half of his...so tecnically, i ate 2.5 out of 3 portions.... haiz...to think i could budget at hawker centre.... i'm gonna blame it on the cold rainy weather....


Yet another weird food from Bangkok....my fren's aunt brought back for her and she brought to class... (yes the same fren who bought worms) its suppose to be fried pig's skin....it was not bad actually.... doesnt really taste like it.... i like the lemongrass smell....very fragrant.....


i came across this at (ikea) the other day.....who invented this? i thought this would only appear in a stephen chow movie....solar torch.... i really dun get the concept.... do u?
